AFOTEK designs, develops and delivers fully automated powder coating systems chained with up and downstream processes. Depending on customer requirements, the powder coating systems are equipped with automated powder booths or manual powder booths fitted with application technology.

When developing the tailor-made system concept, the focus is always on optimising operating costs and takes into account pretreatment systems, powder baking ovens and dryers as well as conveyor technology and heat and powder recovery systems. In particular, interface planning to adjacent trades is of great importance in the planning phase in order to ensure optimal project progress.

In addition to conventional conveyor technologies, the AFOTEK Shuttle Conveyor System (ASF) can also be integrated into the systems in order to maximize the flexibility of the system in terms of material flow.

System technology for powder booths

Most of the system technology for powder booths is manufactured by AFOTEK in its own factory. This includes pretreatment systems, oven technology (powder oven, adhesive water dryer) and hand powder cabins. They are delivered to the customer as finished assemblies, which significantly reduces assembly time on site. The system is also programmed by our own employees, so that even after
