Intelligent and smart solutions for fully automated and turnkey painting systems

In addition to Company Management, our administration and office complex in Bad Hersfeld also houses System Sales, Engineering and Construction. All AFOTEK systems are planned and developed individually from A to Z: whether painting systems, CDC systems or powder coating systems, our spectrum ranges from fully automatic painting systems to stand-alone solutions. Depending on the customer's wishes, we implement complex painting systems that are equipped with conveyor technology and robots and are either integrated into existing production lines or function as individual solutions such as spray stands.

All surface technology systems are assembled and put into operation by AFOTEK on a turnkey basis, including the development of the system control by our programmers. This ensures that AFOTEK can provide optimal support, even when the system is in operation.

Our focus is on our customers’ wishes

First, tailor-made concepts are created for painting, CDC or powder coating systems, based on the needs of our customers, and are then developed in detail and continuously optimised during the next design round. A project manager remains available to customers to facilitate direct contact throughout the entire project.

Plant II is located in the immediate vicinity of the administrative complex. The majority of AFOTEK systems are manufactured and pre-assembled here in order to reduce the assembly time for our customers to a minimum. Systems and units manufactured and pre-assembled by AFOTEK include:
